Every weekend when I am getting ready for the day- Jd LOVES to come and sit on the counter and look at himself in the mirror. Normally he likes to play with my makeup brushes but lately he likes to drink the water from the faucet.
He has to have his feet in the sink too

4th of July BBQ

Okay..so this might be photo overload but I wanted to give an update. We had a 4th of July BBQ and mom and dads. It was tons of fun as always!! We missed our two brothers Ryan and Scott. We also celebrated Katie and Franks Bday as well!

*** On a side note- we lost our Uncle Doug on Friday. Very sad and unexpected. He was my dads brother and he was only 60. He died of a heart attack. Its very sad and I wished that I had got to know him better. From what I remember of him- he was a very kind and generous man!! Life is so short so let the ones you you love know it!!!

The Pacifier...aka Baby

My sweet little boy, growing like a weed, talking so much, running, playing..loves HIS baby. So on Friday when I was getting him in the car seat he threw his baby out on the road and said "bye bye baby"- Thats all I needed. I knew it was the weekend to get rid of it once and for all. So I closed the door (picked the baby up of course) and told him baby is gone. We were fine UNTIL bedtime! Took an hour to go to sleep (not to bad)- up and down from 12:30 to 1am. up at 5:30am. That was the roughest. It has gotten easier. Still hard to get him to sleep and he is still waking up super early and still asks for BABY all the time! Finally I think we are over it.. next hurdle..potty training!!!!

Yep... Frank went to Jared. He suprised me with roses on Sat night. I was playing on my lap top and he came in with a vase with some roses. He told me to smell them and I told him okay, I will- he said No smell them now.. LOL! So I got up and smelled them and saw a little something sparkling. Yep.. inside the rose was a BEAUTIFUL ring! He then asked me to marry him and of course I said YES!!!! I had to put the ring back in the flowers to get the photos- so you can all see what I got!!!! Wedding planning here I come!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On Monday we decided to take the kids to San Tan mall and let them play in the splash pad. They had SO much fun. Jd was a little unsure of the water at first but he warmed up to it. Then we went to Dairy Queen and had ice cream cones and sat on the grass. Yes I gave Jd one too even though I know the dairy would give him the big D the next day. Too bad we didn't have a camera because I would of had a lot more fun photos to share. Here are the ones I captured from my phone:
